Testudo driving school in Tallinn We have been operating in Tallinn since 1995. We offer training for B, BE, A2 and A category drivers in Tallinn and Harju County. You can learn to drive a car with both manual and automatic transmission. Our aim is to contribute to road safety by assisting with issues related to driving licence applications. This requires us to work in a professional manner and ensures the safety of both the licence applicant and society as a whole.
